    thanks for your videos man. Ive been wanting to get that core/body strength rather than size. I would like to do a flag pole hold when im 50; im 34 now and these videos are a great start. Need to incorperate my home gym into it. Only can do 2 pull ups now. Cant wait to see where i am in 6 weeks. Thanks agai.

    So I play basketball 2/3 times a week. Should I do this routine multiple times daily like in the morning when I wake up and then again before some exercise/weight lifting or is once in the morning enough? I assumed doing to before any intense cardio is ideal?

    Great routine and efficient. Minimum breaks. Technically the first rounds were challenging (I am bad at lunges and the chin to bar was a challenge) For the second round I added just a bit of weight and made it safely and tired to the end.

      @@willandheidi when mine was really bad I did it every day and they lowered the frequency as it improved. Now I just do in one every 2-3 weeks as maintenance for good elbow health.

    Really enjoying your work Tom - it is bullshit-free, unpretentious, straightforward, and practical. I have been having back and hip issues lately and have been told to start foam rolling to help with my Ironman training recovery - something I know I should have been doing but didn’t really ever get onto…. Having your follow-alongs has made it easy to get into and has given me a lot of relief. Cycling causes the most aggravation, so I was happy to see this pop up and I will add this to the program also. Cheers from New Zealand.
